Growing STEM in Ithaca

May 31, 2016

IMG_2480On Tuesday, May 24 after school in the Ithaca High School Wellness Center Gym, students, teachers, and community members gathered to celebrate and investigate Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) in Ithaca through hands on exploration and networking.

IthacaSTEM Advocates volunteers worked closely with ICSD educators Jen Wilkie and Carlan Gray to make this first time event a big success.  It also depended on its sponsors and collaborators, all of the exhibitors, and the educators who brought middle school students from other schools and the Ithaca High ones who encouraged their students to participate.

Thanks to the exhibitors!
